I like to engage my creative side by refurbishing items I have found in thrift shops, flea markets, Craigslist, you name it. I like to get a good deal on an item, so that I can invest in the necessary supplies to make it fresh again. I also like perusing online sites such as Pinterest to get my creative juices flowing. I am always excited when I see a piece that inspires me to create something new. I have currently started making wreaths and I am loving the way that it engages my creative side to try and come up with different designs for all my wreaths.
