I've loved fabrics and laces and everything related to them since my doll-dressing days. I've also loved vintage, even when it was out of vogue. I've combined these two passions by creating art pieces from vintage fabrics and notions handed down within amy family, and, more recently, from clients' families as well. These framed art pieces most frequently take the form of angels, but have been simple female figures, children, and even sea creatures. Besides my own creations, I love taking on commissions to create commemorative pieces from clients' own heirlooms, often allowing them to salvage what is most dear to them and let go of boxes full of family hand-me-downs that will only molder away until another generation tosses them out.
