This necklace was inspired by the musical, “The Phantom of the Opera.” I found this shell, just as it is, and was struck by its resemblance to the Phantom’s mask. Taking inspiration from the red roses tied with black ribbon he gave Christine, I used Swarovski crystals and snowflake glass coin beads to create the links for the necklace. They are connected with hand-formed links created with non-tarnish silver-enameled wire. It is finished with a silver lobster clasp. The shell pendant measures 2 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide (5 x 4.5 cm). The necklace measures about 16 inches and has a 1 inch adjustable chain. Your necklace will be shipped in a gift box that can also be used for storage.
