Lovely Medieval Style Bracelet with Re-purposed Cobalt Blue Rosary Beads

Lovely Medieval Style Bracelet, Oxidized Sterling Silver Connectors, Chain, Clasp and Settings, Czech Rose Crystal, Re-purposed Cobalt Blue Rosary Beads

This is feminine bracelet, yet it makes a great statement with an old world Medieval flare. The bracelet measures 8″ including the toggle clasp and will fit most wrists. My wrist is 6.25″ and it fits perfect. This bracelet has a lovely feel to it on your wrist and is well balanced. The toggle never circles around to the top of your wrist.

This piece was designed using four 12x10mm Czech Rose faceted crystals, repurposed cobalt blue rosary beads and oxidized sterling silver plated chain, connectors and Tierra Cast toggle clasp. Sterling silver and stainless steel O rings have been used and crystals have been handset by me.

PLEASE NOTE: The color of the cystals used is “Rose”; however, they do tend towards the red/orange spectrum and the color in the images is quite accurate.

I haven't always made jewelry. Once upon a time I was an exercise rider in Virginia, a communications specialist and print estimator, and most recently a product manager in New York. I finally escaped the tourniquet of the stressful corporate world, leaving it all behind for a simpler and less cluttered life in a little fishing village, where I discovered how to breathe again and reconnect with my creative side. I now work in a lovely boutique and spend my off time designing and creating jewelry and completing my first novel on the peaceful Forgotten Coast of Florida. I work with fire polished and pressed Czech glass, Swarovski crystal, semi-precious stones and antiqued brass findings and stampings, often combining recycled fragments of vintage jewelry and rosaries. I also use Tierra Cast findings and charms, because their quality is unmatched. I can’t say I have a particular style, but depending on my mood I like earthy, organic, Victorian, Medieval, Gothic/Pagan and whimsical, whether it be dark folklore, the world of fairies or druid rituals.
