This is my second entry for the monthly theme week challenge. This month’s topic is the Chinese New Year which happens to be the year of the rooster! This is an ACEO (2.5″x3.5″) and was done on Fabriano Artistico HP 140 lb watercolor paper with iridescent watercolors, Luminance, Polychromos & Pablo colored pencils, and white archival acrylic pen.
