This lovely crystal is 1ΒΌ inches long with two smaller crystals on the front. It is wrapped with 21 gauge silver plated gold non-tarnishing ParaWire and suspended from an 18″ gold-plated fine cable necklace.
I found this crystal in the Ouachita Mountains in Arkansas. It didn’t look as pretty then as it does now because it was stained and needed to be cleaned. After I cleaned it I knew how I wanted to wire-wrap it to show off its natural beauty.
The crystals found in Arkansas are between 250 and 300 million years old. Earlier in their life they were one to two miles deep inside the Ouachita Mountains. Erosion over millions of years brought them close to the surface, where people like me dig for them!
This necklace comes in a box tied with a ribbon, and will be mailed to you in a padded envelope. It would make a lovely gift for her.
