I coated the whole candle with a shimmer which is then spray sealed. Beautiful AB light blue “faux” rhinestones were then applied by hand around the top and bottom of the candle. It sparkles everywhere you look at it. The final touch is the snowflake brad which centers the candle. It requires 2 AA batteries which will be included with purchase so it is ready to use upon receiving. I will place the candle in a beautiful turquoise blue organza bag.
