At Home Farm Herbery we use this blend as a seasoning for an African pepper soup recipe and it’s also a peppery and spicy all-purpose seasoning for meat, fish and vegetables. Use as a rub for beef or chicken, in stews and soups, stir-fries or simply sprinkle over finished dishes.

This blend is salt free, gluten free, sugar free and diabetic friendly.

We hand blend ginger, Scotch Bonnet chiles, black pepper, white pepper, allspice, cubeb berries and grains of paradise.

This is a potent blend and we recommend using about ½ as much as you might think as you can always add more. If you’re using as a rub for beef or chicken we like to use only 1-2 teaspoons per lb of meat.
