This custom made polka dot halter dress is so amazing! I made this from vintage fabric from an estate sale so there is only one for sale! Dress is fully lined and has a back zipper and satin ribbon tie around neck.

Under bust: 31″
Waist: 29″
Length is from middle of waistband to bottom of skirt: 26″
