This cute little dress was made using a heavy weight stretch jersey for the bust, and a lightweight cotton for the skirting, which is a circle skirt, so it is “free” size. Black quilt binding has been used to accent the bottom hem, and a strong 1/4 inch elastic has been sewn into the top hem for support.

Machine wash and dry, iron friendly.
