This stainless steel pendant is easily my favorite chainmaille pendant so far. It is made of 16 and 18 gauge stainless steel jumprings woven into an intricate six segment design reminiscent of celtic symbols. The rings in this piece fit easily together for a pendant that hangs nicely and does not feel stiff.
This pendant was tumbled for more than 30 hours to remove burs and rough edges, then again for another 14 hours to bring it to a high polish shine. The stainless rings are nearly as bright as sterling silver but at a much more affordable price.
The pendant hangs from a 1.5 mm snake chain with a lobster claw clasp. All components of this chainmail necklace are made of stainless steel, so they resist damage and will never tarnish.
