A hand-cut textured blue stained glass pieces create the violet, with a touch of orange-yellow in its center as a focal point. Multi-colored green pieces fill in the background imitating violet leaves. I grouted it dark gray and sealed with grout sealer.

This is a refurbished wooden jewelry box that I found in a thrift shop. It is a well made, vintage, redish wood jewelry box that had a glass top for a photo. I cleaned it up and gave a mosaic violet makeover.
