Stained Glass Cross Pendant, Colorful Mosaic Glass Cross Ornament

These small mosaic stained glass cross pendants are made with a variety of colorful stained glass pieces that were left from my larger projects — every bit of glass gets used up in my studio:)

I used a sturdy bronze pendant as a base for this carefully crafted necklace/ornament. A variety of stained glass was used in these crosses — marbled Van Gogh, shiny iridescent, greens, reds, blues, purples… Each glass piece is hand cut, glued to a metal pendant, grouted dark gray and sealed. A little glitter is added before grout dries out.

It comes with a complementary 24″ matching chain to wear as jewelry, but it also makes an adorable Christmas ornament. Just remove the chain and hang it on your Christmas tree. It will come in a jewelry box ready for gift giving.
