I love wandering the beaches looking for the treasure that is sea glass. Much of the sea glass I find is beautiful, but not up to the standards set to be used in jewelry. It is always exciting to find a large piece of sea glass that can be used, like the one that inspired this pendant. The sea glass is a lovely coffee-and-cream color and measures 2 x 1 inches (5 x 2 1/2 cm). I used non-tarnish gold-enameled wire to compliment its warmth. In keeping with the holiday spirit, I added a gold tone, double-sided snowflake charm and a 6mm Swarovski crystal. The finished pendant measures 2 3/4 inches.
