The Tatters & Deer Wall Hanging

A beautiful tree branch wall hanging made with natural colors – whites and creams and muslin. Tattered cloth and jute rope (for hanging) add a rustic bohemian feel to the overall piece.

This is the perfect addition for a rustic, eclectic, minimalist, rustic-industrial or bohemian home. It’s very shabby chic or rustic-chic, if you will. My wall hangings are also perfect for baby rooms (with rustic style!), weddings, parties, summer outdoor gatherings or wherever you want a touch of rustic boho magic. All cloth is 100% cotton and recycled, meaning I did not buy materials especially for this project.

I strive to make most of my fabric art with natural and recycled items.

The limbs for all of my wall hangings come directly from my wooded 40-acre property in Michigan. Wood is always untreated. I do not use glue on any of my projects.

The Tatters & Deer wall hanging was fun for me to make because I was visualizing it for a totally rustic modern baby room, but of course you can hang it wherever you fancy. It will jazz up any space in a subtle way. This item is my personal favorite in my entire shop.

Measurement from the top of the hanging knot to the bottom is 51″. The stick from right to left at its widest point is 31″ across. The width of the stick is about 1″.

This item will be lovingly handled, wrapped and shipped by me personally.
