While not being particularly gender specific I did make this with a man in mind. (I have a couple of much smaller and slightly more delicate pieces of similar design in process that may suit a woman more).

Last winter I had the amazing opportunity to watch a Raven from close hand (10-15′) as it “did over” my garbage every Thursday. This bird was amazing, it was so big and strong and sleek, but most noticeably calm. Its calmness was just accentuated by the reaction of the local crows, they hated it and flapped round the trees shouting frantically, the raven would just take it’s time, it was in charge and it knew it – so cool.

I just wanted to try and capture some of that feeling
