Her dress is sewn using cotton calico fabric with an elastic bottom used to insert the plastic bags and for easy dispensing. I’ve added a cotton crochet collar with a jute bow and finished it off with a cute little embellishment. The beautiful mix of colors in her dress will complement any room in which you choose to hang her in, and how could you not love that cute little face. She measures approximately 28″ from the tip of her ponytail to the bottom of her dress and can hold at least 35 bags.
