Fabric: Each eye pillow is constructed of 2 layers of fabric on both front and back to protect from the filler leaking out. Fabric & thread are cotton.
* Size: approximate size is 10″ x 4″
* Filling: organic millet & lavender flowers

*How to heat:
Heat for 1-2 minutes in the microwave and increase in increments of 30 seconds till you reach the desired temperature.

****Please note millet creates a MOIST heat – please remember LESS heat is better when warming. Please consider this if using for a child.

*To use cold: place your pack in a zip type bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour or to use as needed.
