3pc PATRIOTIC COSTUME TUTU DRESS SET with headband and baton included!

My handmade Patriotic tutu dress set is made with over 100 yards of tulle so it is extra fluffy! An adjustable tulle sash ties in the back, which allows for a more custom fit. The top of the dress is made of a stretchy crochet fabric in the back, also allowing for a more custom fit and room for growth. The costume set comes with a patriotic headband and sparkly baton. A perfect outfit for a Memorial Day or 4th of July parade!
