Our Home Farm Ground Marjoram is also known as Sweet Marjoram or Knotted Marjoram and it has a subtle, delicate, sweet and pleasant aroma and taste. We use it in meat dishes, meat loaf, liverwurst, sausage, chicken or turkey stuffing, cheeses, sauces and soups often substituting it for Marjoram Leaves, Greek Oregano, Mexican Oregano or Thyme.
