Neo-Victorian Charm Bracelet with Handmade Clay Beads & Found Objects

This hard-to-categorize bracelet combines a lot of loves for me: charms, clay, beads, repurposed jewelry pieces, and an eclectic kind of style. I enjoy making my own beads & miniature objects out of polymer clay and incorporating them into my projects. This way I can bring a little art into what would have been just design & assembly. I also have a slight obsession with collecting broken bits of jewelry, odd pieces of hardware, etc. I tuck these treasures away in my studio and eventually find ways to remake them into something else.

    1. I left a reply a couple of days ago, but i guess it didn’t go through…Thanx for your clever comment! I never thought about it that way before. I admire all the wonderful things you sew, knit & crochet. My grandmother was a seamstress & tried to teach me to sew, plus she created beautiful crocheted afghans, tablecloths, doilies etc. And i can barely sew a straight line or crochet/knit a simple chain! lol
