This beautiful wine rack holds a bottle of wine perfectly balanced on any flat surface! Without a bottle the cherry wood wine bottle holder lays flat, but defies gravity with a bottle of vino!
This wine rack started as a simple block of American cherry wood cut, shaped and sanded by hand up to 3200 grit for exquisite shine. It then received a thin coat of Japanese tung oil to bring out the subtle grain and two successive coats of buffed polyurethane to give maximum gloss.
The first two photographs show this lovely piece of home decor performing its function, defying gravity by balancing a full bottle of wine.
Two matching pieces are available, each sold separately. The one pictured is 7 5/8 inches (19.5 cm) long, 2 1/16 inches (5.3 cm) wide and 13/16 inches (2 cm) thick. The one not pictured is slightly shorter at 7 1/8 inches (18.2 cm). Please specify which one if you have a preference (they both work perfectly!).
