This listing is for ONE absolutely ADORABLE scrap fabric and tulle tutu/skirt. It is not as full and crazy as an all tulle tutu but just as cute! This tutu was created using rich colors such as navy blue, deep red, mustard yellow & white. This tutu is perfect over leggings, for dance class, dress up, and anything else you can think of. They also make amazing photos of your little one!!

Each one is unique. Width and length of each strip will vary giving your tutu that fun tattered look. These should be hand washed and laid flat to dry or hung. Fabric will fray some over time giving it more character.
This tutu is made with an elastic waistband so one size fits most.
