Colorful top is a seersucker type material called Tutti Fruitti, purchased from Joann Fabric. It is a little more expensive but well worth it since you don’t have to iron it. The shorts are a soft knit with elastic waist that I will tailor to your child’s waist size. Sizes available are 3 and 6 years old.
