A large colorful stained glass terrarium as a glass on glass mosaic made with 100% recycled materials. Candle Holder / Bowl / Vase

I used a large recycled clear glass bowl to make this unique colorful terrarium/candle holder/vase. A variety of recycled textured stained glass scrap was used on this bowl: blues, greens, reds, yellows, browns, teal and some iridescents. Each piece of glass is hand cut to create a unique abstract retro style geometric designs on all four sides. Grouted light gray with some silver glitter added before grout dried out, and sealed for moisture protection.

This upcycled one-of-a-kind mosaic bowl has many unique uses: it can hold air plants as a terrarium. A few tea light candles will light up this unique colorful glass mosaic to a beautiful ray of colors.

It is made with recycled materials only: a heavy clear glass extra-large square candle holder and transparent textured glass scrap that looks great in any light.
