Fused glass jewelry is created by layering glass and firing in a kiln at over 1000 degrees F. It is then slowly cooled for durability and strength. This dichroic pendant has been fire polished, where the edges are hand shaped and the piece is re-fired to allow extra light to enter and enhance the sparkle.

All dichroic glass jewelry is unique- whilst similar items can be created, it is almost impossible to copy something exactly. Air bubbles may form during the firing process and often enhance the individual nature of the piece.

All Dragon glass pendants are handcrafted and unique. All items are made in my smoke-free home studio in Black Forest, Colorado, by me – no part of my process is outsourced.
