Sun Dried Tomatoes are made by removing all of the water from a regular tomato. Thus, it takes about 10 pounds of regular tomatoes to create 1 pound of Sun Dried Tomatoes.
We use them in Pasta and salads, on pizza, in sauces, dips, bread and chicken.
