For added emphasis, I did a bit of machine quilting in red embroidery thread around each of the large hearts.

Constructed using pellon for padding and a whimiscal 100% cotton print fabric, lined in black cotton. For the closure I decided to put a loop over and barrel button so not get in the way of any of the lovely printed sayings:
