This piece is thrown from one piece of clay, two pots formed one inside the other. The walls are then joined at the top. Once leather hard I cut out the design on the outer wall creating an original “one of a kind” piece.
Made from a speckled cream stoneware clay and fired to 1200decC, this piece is a functional piece and can be put in the dishwasher.
