Directions:
For a hot pack: Warm in microwave for 30 seconds then shake. If it has not reached your desired temperature, reheat in 15 second increments.
For a cold pack: Place eye pillow in a plastic zipper bag and place in the freezer before use. Your eye pillow can be stored in the freezer long so it is ready to go when you need it!
