This Eye pillow, Sinus rice pack has a removeable outer cover that is made from snuggle flannel on top, and a cotton fabric on the bottom, this is washable ( cold and gentle). The muslin bag that the rice is in has been divided into five sections to keep the rice in place while you are using it. The bag measures approx 10×7. The bags are unscented.
Place in the microwave for 30 second increaments to make the temp. optimal for you. The pack can also go into the freezer, just put it in a sealable plastic bag, and leave it in the freezer for an hour or so and it will be ready for use.
