These beautiful elves are made in a technique known as paper quilling or paper filigree. For them I used paper strips 2, 3, 4 mm. They are approx. 7 cm tall. The ornament is polished with acrylic varnish for water resistance. The coating protects and hardens the paper and makes the structure of the paper piece strong.
