Blueberries have some of the highest antioxidant capacities among all fruits and vegetables. The most wildly cultivated blueberry, Vaccinium corymbosum, is also known as the northern highbush blueberry. This North American blueberry species is an economically significant food crop that is native to the eastern and southern US and eastern Canada, from as far south as Florida and eastern Texas up to Ontario and east to Nova Scotia.

Home Farm Herbery dried blueberries are slightly sweetened and prefect for snacking on or adding to baking, bagels, cakes, cereals, cookies, oatmeal, granola, ice cream, muffins, pancakes, salads, scones, smoothies, trail mix, waffles and yogurt.

Dried blueberries pair especially well with almonds, dried cranberries, spinach, fresh strawberries and walnuts.

Hand blended and hand packed ingredients: Blueberries, sugar and sunflower oil.

To rehydrate, cover with warm water and let them sit for 30 – 60 minutes. Drain excess water and they’re good to go.
