All custom mosaic mirrors from Green Street Mosaics are handmade from scratch. I use a sturdy substrate (either primed wood or wedi board depending on size and where the mosaic will be used) I hand cut all glass tiles, and apply them individually. After placing the tiles and grouting, each piece of mosaic tile is polished and the entire piece is protected with multiple coats of sealant so any possible moisture does not warp or stain the grout. The sides and the back are painted a corresponding color, and hanging hardware is attached securely to the back.

This lovely mirror was created with different shades of gray, purple, and white mosaic tiles. The mini tiles that make up the inside border are iridescent. It measures 24 x 18 inches.
