Not sure where you are seeing free instructions…the title is Custom Made Crochet Boot Cuffs which means they will make you boot cuffs not give you the pattern for it. However, because this listing is from 2013, I don’t see her shop anymore.
The add for free boot cuff pattern is on pinterest, many times you will come across these parts and there will no longer be a free link
