Both items were hand crocheted using Bernat’s Baby Softee Yarn in Baby Blue. The flower on both the dress and hat were both crocheted with Ivory and Baby Blue Yarn, then appliqued to the dress and hat. The dress closes in the back with a tiny white pearlized button.
