Handcrafted from a sweet cotton fabric showcasing pink and raspberry rose bouquets with trailing vines of pink rosebuds, light pink blossoms, and tonal foliage in different shades of green … all on a antique white ground (very light cream). The edge is embellished with 2 inch round pleated pinwheel yoyos made from the same fabric. I put a lot of time into making the yoyos, down to forming the pleats, to keeping the yoyos and center holes as round as possible. The back of the mat is a medium-weight, white sturdy cotton fabric.
