CHARACTER PORTRAITS – INTERPRETIVE SYMBOL ART

This type of art is very subjective and personal and requires your active participation as I will be asking you to describe to me the best, and worst, traits of the subject.

The CHARACTER PORTRAITS – INTERPRETIVE SYMBOL ART are based on:
THE WOMAN of CHARACTER SERIES
Drawings depicting the strength and importance of women worldwide by incorporating creative simile of West African symbols called Adinkra. The original symbols were created by the Ashanti people of Ghana and the Gyaman tribes of Cote d’Ivoire These symbols are aphorisms, concise statements of a principle, the West African people use extensively in their textile and pottery.

I will use symbols to portray them. I have done this using African tribal Symbols and with Astrology signs but can use any ethnic tribal symbols such as Celtic or American Indian, it will depend on the person.
