Cabbage Mammoth Red AKA (Brassica oleracea) Cabbage Mammoth Red was first introduced in 1889. Solid uniformly round heads are 8 inches in diameter and weigh 7 pounds. This is a sure cropper with a small to medium core that is red throughout; fine flavor, excellent for cooking, salads, and is excellent for pickling. 98 days from transplant.
