This is a handmade paper collage of a ballerina on 5″ by 7″ mixed media paper.

Ballerina Number Ten is the tenth piece in a series of mixed media / collage ballet dancers I am making this year.

The collage is on a hand painted background. The paper has been prepared and treated to remain flat. There is a sterling silver embellishment near the neck area and a silk ribbon on the tutu.
