I have made this mini backpack from two different upholstery weight wool tweeds, a check / plaid tweed for the main bag and a plain tweed for the gusset and back pocket. The main colours are green and blue, with a hint of brown and cream.

This backpack features two shoulder straps, a back zip ( for security ) and a small pouch pocket on the front for non valuable items, there is also a hanging loop at the top. The inside of the bag is fully lined in navy blue cotton drill fabric and features a slip pocket and a key clip, all bag fixings are in antique brass colored nickel.

This great backpack has been made up of layers of tweed fabric, wadding, interfacing and lining and is very sturdy, the straps are made from 1″ wide polypropylene webbing.
