Please read everything! This will help us make your ordering process run smooth.

Remember all invitations are print ready, 300dpi high resolution jpegs.
They come in two sizes: 4×6 or 5×7

When completing a order please send all detail so that your flyer can be made as quickly as possible.
Make sure you proof read and spell check all information. You get 1 revision for each order you place.
Orders are usually emailed within 24hours, but if you would like your at top of queue list please use our rush mail or at checkout.

DURING CHECKOUT, WRITE THE FOLLOWING IN THE “NOTE TO SELLER” BOX (while in the shopping cart) TO PREVENT DELAYS OR CANCELLATION:

Our store hours are from Mon-Sat 9am to 5pm Central standard time.

Rush orders can be made Mon – Sun 9am – 11pm Central standard time.

Couple things you need to know.

1. I have invitation with a photo attachment.
*All invitations that require a photo of a person or animal needs to be high resolution only. Meaning coming straight from a camera, or high quality camera phone. Please if you have photos taken by a professional photographer you must send paperwork proving that you can use there photo else where without penalty, otherwise all watermarked photos will be returned to sender.(Links to photos will not be accepted)

PLEASE DO NOT CROP OR EDIT PHOTOS prior to emailing them because that can alter the aspect ratio and quality of the overall picture. — SEE PHOTO REQUIREMENTS BELOW — (Links to photos will not be accepted) if you would like a photo to be a cut from background and placed inside your flyer we can(link below)
• PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN A CLOSE-UP photo of your child. If you mention in your order notes that you’d like for me to zoom in on the photo, I will gladly crop the photo for you.

• IF YOUR CHILD IS HOLDING balloons or stuffed animals/characters, please ensure that the plushies are on, or right next to, your child so they’ll show on the invitation in the limited space provided. I will crop the photo for you.

? To protect my design template copyrights, the following photos will not be accepted:
• Photos that have the photographer’s watermarks
• Photos with solid white backgrounds

2. What words can be changed on the flyer?
SIZE 4×6 or 5×7
? NAME (One name only please unless approved prior to ordering)
? AGE
? PARTY INFORMATION (**day of week, date, time, venue, address, RSVP)
Everything right down to the theme of the flyer. The design DOES NOT change. Please do not ask me to alter my design. I do have a custom order where you can have any design you want custom made to your liking.
