“Abstract Americana” – The lighter blue of the stabilized sycamore complements this abstract American flag handcrafted wood pen with both .30 caliber bullet and shotgun setting.

The stripes are made from blood wood and white holly, comprising the pen body, ending in the pen nib resembling a .30 caliber bullet. The blue sycamore cap features a shotgun clip and 12ga shotgun shell tip. The setting is 24k plated gold. This professional pen writes smoothly in rollerball black ink.

This wood pen is coated in multiple layers of durable cyanoacrylate to keep its beauty for years to come. Before it was sealed, the wood received a thin coat of 100% pure tung oil, bringing out the grain in the darker woods while keeping the holly a creamy white.

No laser engraving went into this pen, just sawing, sanding and gluing. Unlike flag pens made in a factory, the wood on this pen was designed and produced by hand. The wood started as small blocks that were cut, sanded and glued, then shaped, sanded and polished on a lathe. Many hours of labor and love went into this fine writing instrument that will show your love for the United States.
