This is a great way to avoid that uncomfortable feeling of that seatbelt irritating you. It has padding in it for that extra cushion with a velcro closure. When folded and attached to the seatbelt, these measure 9 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches.

I used a fun tossed baseball print backed with a silky textured black fabric on the underside. There is a strip of velcro stitched onto the the black fabric for easy attachment. Inside the seat belt cover is a double layer of batting for comfort.
