Nine Ladies Dancing
Eight Maids a Milking
Seven Swans a Swimming
Six Geese a Laying
Five Golden Rings
Four Calling Birds
Three French Hens
Two Turtle Doves
and a Partridge in a Pear Tree

Now, I’m not sure what the lords are leaping over, except that maybe they realized Christmas is almost here and they haven’t gotten their shopping done yet!  Maybe these handmade treasures in honor of the tenth day will help them along.
