This set of four reversible coasters is made with top of the line batiks with batik bindings as well for durability. I chose coordinating fabrics and quilted them on the diagonal. The bindings are hand stitched and the corners are mitered for a finished look. The “insides” of the coasters have two layers of batting. Dimensions are 4 1/4 ” x 4 1/4″.
These coasters are made from a cool Halloween themed batik with a spiderweb pattern. The background is black and the webs are orange, green and purple. The bindings are orange on one set and green on the other.
These coasters can be tossed in the washer and dryer for cleaning (use cool settings), and will come out looking terrific! Use a cool iron if necessary. They make perfect stocking stuffers, hostess gifts, or would be a great handmade touch in a gift basket with mugs and coffee beans, tea, cocoa or with wine and wine glasses. They’d also look great in your own home, and would be perfect for a Halloween party!
