There is a simple yet detailed grace to this Art Nouveau style vintage assemblage necklace.  I started with the lovely aqua enameled piece at the center.  It is charming, but I like jewelry that makes a statement.  I mounted it on a large vintage brass piece and I painstakingly matched the color of the accents in the original and painted the accents onto the new background.  The result is this one of a kind pendant which hangs from a vintage chain.
