Intarsia is the art of creating pictures out of wood. Each piece of wood is selected for its color and grain. Hand sanded, shaped to match the adjoin pieces and glued to a wood backing, Pieces are raised and lowered to create a 3-d effect. Prices vary depending on size and design a piece may take 6-8 week to complete. Each piece is custom made, we do not maintain a stock of pictures. A piece is made when a custom places a order.
