“Patriot Act IV” – The lighter blue of the stabilized sycamore really complements this .30 caliber bullet handcrafted wood pen. The stripes are made from blood wood and white holly.
The bullet cartridge and pen clip are beautiful chrome and the flag is coated in multiple layers of durable cyanoacrylate to keep its beauty for years to come. Before it was sealed, the wood received a thin coat of tung oil, bringing out the grain in the darker woods while keeping the holly a creamy white.
No laser engraving went into this pen, just sawing, sanding and gluing. Unlike flag pens made in a factory, the wood on this pen was designed and produced by hand. The wood started as small blocks that were cut, sanded and glued, then shaped, sanded and polished on a lathe. Many hours of labor and love went into this fine writing instrument that will show your love for the United States.
This pen twists to open and writes smoothly in black ink.
