Trapunto effect and free motion embroidery bring excitment to this appliqued quilt.
Autum leaves and dragon flies drift . Metalic and varicolored threads highlight the images with interesting swirls while the brown background is heavily quilted to make the leaves stand out. Interesting use of positive and negative space.
Great on the wall of your lodge. Hanging sleeve attached. Reverse is a patchwork using the same fabrics as the front.
